HZSF-701H SF6 Dew Point Meter

1. Connect the device

Finally, connect the switch connector with the measuring interface of SF6 electrical equipment and tighten it with a wrench;

2. Initialize

Turn on the power switch of the instrument, the instrument enters the process of initialization and self-calibration, and automatically enters the measurement page after the calibration.

3. Check the electric quantity

4. Start measuring

Fully open the intake valve on the front panel of the instrument, then slowly adjust the flow rate to about 0.5L/M by adjusting the needle valve on the measuring pipe, and start measuring the SF6 dew point. The measurement takes 5 to 10 minutes for the first device, and 3 to 5 minutes for each subsequent device.

6. Measure other equipment

Close the needle valve on the measuring pipe after one piece of equipment is measured. Remove the switch connector from the SF6 electrical equipment along with the measuring pipe. If you need to continue measuring other devices, do not power off the instrument and continue measuring the next device by following the steps above.
